It often becomes challenging for students to get in-depth knowledge of many niche subjects in the absense of quality overall courses, which are a step above high level overview, but are not too detailed at the same time.

The series "10 lectures" is an attempt to capture knowledge of some of the most remarkable scientists of 20th centure known as fantastic lecturers. They are spread across the globe, some are not even actively involved in education any more. We are on the quest to find these individulas praised by many scientists today and record their lectures for present and future generations to enjoy.
